Hi, I am from the Flint and Detroit areas where the economy has been bad for a few years. I am a substitute teacher and now that I have the summer off, I joined Twitter and started a couple blogs. I am like most people, bewildered by the excess government spending and the shocking unemployment. Necessity is the mother of invention, and if we hold on to our American spirit, we will find other ways to earn income. I find that laughter relieves stress, so I link a lot of comedy clips on my Twitter political tweets to soften the blow. I remember watching comedy shows like “Laugh In” and “Get Smart” and will include some of these videos and some other clips  that were fantastic and really funny. This one features Goldie Hawn about our time zones. If you’ve never seen “Laugh In”, you’re really missing something.
